By accessing and using MarcadorSports, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where sports prediction pools are legal to use our platform. By using MarcadorSports, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Entry fees are non-refundable once a pool has started. Prize distribution is based on final standings and the pool's defined prize structure. MarcadorSports reserves the right to cancel pools and refund entry fees in case of technical issues or insufficient participation.
